Seller reviewVivian was a pro who knew what she was doing and understood the market. We sold into a hot market, with a very desirable location, and a totally updated ready to move in home. Vivian not only handled the showings and the offers well, but she did a good job after we accepted an offer. She also had to deal with non resident sellers. We are happy. Didn't really deal with anyone but Vivian Vance re: the sale. Met several others in the local Judge Fite office. Everyone there treated me as if I was their client. We would highly recommend Vivian Vance to any prospective buyer or seller in the area. She knows her stuff and she has a pulse for the market. She sold our house for several thousand dollars more than we initially expected. Couldn't be more pleased.
