Seller reviewMy husband and I purchased a duplex rental property, it was something he researched and handled...we lived out of state. When my husband died the property became a burden to me. I've never sold a house. I had no idea about the market in Waynesville, how to begin or how to find an agent in the area. Glenn Beck's "Real Estate Agents I Trust" referred me to Wade Covington and Wade contacted me within an hour or two and he had already done research on properties like mine! I did a little internet research on Wade and could see that he clearly had a significant presence in the area where my rental property was located. I would say now- it was an understatement that Wade had a "significant presence" in the area as he had 2 buyers for my duplex before it was even listed! Wade knows the market- Wade and his wife, Jessica, who handles all the paperwork, were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. We handled everything long distance over the phone or internet. They were timely and clear in their communications. What a team! I told Wade and Jessica that I wish they could help me sell my home here in Morton, IL …when that time comes. That's how much I like and trust them! I can't recommend them highly enough...you would do well to have them on your side!
