Seller reviewWhen looking to sell our home Wade was the first person we called as he sold two houses on our street, both in a very timely manner. We knew he sold homes throughout a large portion Missouri so we did not know if we would be able to meet with him or an assistant but he came right to our door when we called, and was very professional. We like the way he laid out his expectations and how he tends to work with clients right from the very beginning. We never felt pressured to do anything and found all of his insight in staging and selling very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Wade to anyone in the area looking to sell their home. Wade is so knowledgeable of the area and listened to my every requirement. When condos I had requested to tour were no longer available, he made sure he filled them with others he thought I might be interested in. When it came time to extend the offer, he met with me and made sure everything was done before I left to go back home. Closing was a delight and Wade took care of all the needs, making sure every detail was handled. Wade is such a professional gentleman and I would highly recommend him for your next real estate need!

I let him introduce my home to the market and he got 27% more cash at closing than the "quick sale" realtors appraised my home for. I learned to be wary of other brokers and realtors who underprice homes just to move inventory. Wade showed that my home had a "real" value based on the market and proved to me that many realtor appraisals were merely opinions- Don't hire the average.
