Buyer reviewWe contacted Wade Stover initially for a property that he had for sale, but it did not meet what we were looking for. We continued to look at more houses and came up with a list of homes we wanted to see. Wade was very accommodating on the times, especially since it was very hard for me to get away from work during the day to look at homes. We went to look at several and Wade would ask what we liked about each house or what we didn't like. He would have us compare each house to the others. As we are first time home buyers we went into this with very little knowledge of the process. Each step of the way Wade was there to answer questions that we had about paperwork or the process itself. We have now been in our new home for almost a week and are in love with it. I would highly recommend Wade Stover to anyone who is in the market for a home (and have since we started), he makes it easy and stress free. He is an A+ realtor and a shining star at Century 21

Buyer reviewI've known Brenda Turner most of my life and she is, hands down, the best broker in the county. I don't even consider other broker and frankly couldn't name another one in town if I had to. I've had her call me at 8 pm on a Sunday, working on something important, and had it resolved first thing Monday. I know that I can call her, leave a message if needed, and I'll have a return call within the hour, even if it's just to say she can't talk long but wanted to know she'd gotten my message. Wade is THE agent in the county. Period. I've known him for a long time and when my wife and I were looking to relocate to Crossville we never even spoke to another agent. There's a reason he's the top agent at Century 21 and he's a true professional. He was never "pushy" at all, asked thought provoking questions, and really helped us hone in on exactly what we wanted.
