Wade Stover did more than the previous two agents we hired combined. He came with a no-BS range of possibilities from selling today or a year down the road. I picked somewhere in the middle. Due to no fault of Wade's the deal took a lot longer than anyone anticipated due to title problems. Wade stuck by us and although I'm sure the commission was less than he was worth, he never made me feel like I was a PITA! I too am a Realtor, in Pensacola with about two and a half years experience Wade was like a Jedi Master to me. I learned a lot about my job, mostly about how to never make any deal seem small or insignificant to any of the parties. To these people they are all big deals! I could never thank Wade enough for being there (my voice in Crossville) when I couldn't. I also have the utmost respect for the way he managed to take his family time and make it priority. He did this without making me feel cheated. Thanks for all you've taught me Wade I hope to emulate your ways in my own career. I've come away a better agent for having dealt with you! I would not use anyone but Wade in buying or selling of property. I think he is the best.
