Seller reviewWalter is very friendly and easy to work with. He kept me up to date regularly on the status of the home sale and buyer's progress. He went even beyond to help find a buyer for large furniture I needed to sell because I didn't have enough room to move it. Didn't have any concerns with the sale going through.

We have, and will continue to recommend Walter Cuestas for our friends real estate needs. The seller's realtor dropped the ball on several things, including our original closing date (for which she was out of town and had not bothered to let Walter know inspection item repairs had not been completed). Once Walter tracked her down and re-scheduled the closing date, he made sure inspection items were completed to our satisfaction rather than just trying to close the sale. If I had my way, Walter Cuestas would have received 100% of the commissions because he earned it. We were so impressed with how Walter handled the purchase of our home that we engaged him to sell our previous residence.
