He took the time to really explain things and was extremely available, especially with our odd schedule. Walter made the home buying process easy! I did not list my home for several months, but I never felt pressured by Walter. In addition, he was very helpful finding the assistance of a wonderful, honest handyman and cleaning crew to help me get my home ready to put on the market. My home listing and sale occurred during a very challenging housing market. Walter communicated often with me and my family throughout the listing and sale process.
