Buyer reviewWanda did a great job helping us find our place. We had specific criteria and she did a wonderful job in finding the right place for us. We needed a quick closing which called for a tremendous amount of coordination with multiple institutions. She made this happen- kept us in the loop and did the worrying for us. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home or lake cabin in this area. Her knowledge of the lake region made looking for a place an easy process. She pays attention to your wants and needs and finds the places that fit. She was always willing to go the extra mile (and often did) when the situation required.

Seller reviewWanda did many things for us while we were gone and even more when we got back that just goes way beyond what most people would do. The very best thing I saw in Wands was her ability to always keep things calm, when people got excited or even slightly irritated she just has a way to calm the storm and take away a potentially difficult situation and find a simple solution to the issue. That I have not seen in any real estate broker over my 50 years of dealing with real estate brokers. She also has a contagious smile and demeanor that is pretty rare these days.
