Wanda did many things for us while we were gone and even more when we got back that just goes way beyond what most people would do. The very best thing I saw in Wands was her ability to always keep things calm, when people got excited or even slightly irritated she just has a way to calm the storm and take away a potentially difficult situation and find a simple solution to the issue. That I have not seen in any real estate broker over my 50 years of dealing with real estate brokers. She also has a contagious smile and demeanor that is pretty rare these days.

I personally worked for Wanda and Dave Boldon on a small project in their home and found them easy to work for and have always appreciated their great reputation in the industry. We had concerns that if we listed the property too high it might not sell but after discussing the price further with Wanda we were convinced that she knew the local real estate market and that we should trust her opinion. It turned out our trust was well placed. We had two competing full price offers for our property in less than a week. We ended up selling our lake cabin for the full asking price. If I had another property in the area to sell I would not consider using anyone other than Wanda Boldon.

Wanda Boldon was amazing! She listened to what we were looking for before we even headed to town, and picked a nice array of properties for our first time looking for a cabin. She really paid attention what we liked and didn't like in each location, and saved the best for last!
