Wanda was exceptional in several areas: Quick response establishing the value of the property and listened carefully to us to get to a good sale number. She was very open and honest about the sale potential of the property and commands an overwhelming knowledge of the properties in the market area. Wanda made excellent suggestions to us to stage the property for sale was quick to get photos of the property and get it online and out to the general public. Wanda's follow up on questions and prospects was excellent as well. She was extremely sensitive and considerate when setting up property showings and had follow up on our behalf in negotiating deals with prospective buyers, A joy to deal with. Excellent in every way! She followed up with us after the closing as well!

Wanda was relaxed and patient while my sisters looked the house over for a lengthy period of time. Then when we looked at it about 3 weeds later, again she displayed a great deal of patience. She was familiar with Voyager Village and gave us good information. Whenever we needed more info she got right back to us day, night and weekends.

I have known Wanda for 20 years (since my initial cabin purchase). And the time to sell had sadly come. I did not hesitate to contact her to be my resource for the cabin sale. Since I do not live there, and have a very busy schedule elsewhere, she kept me well-informed every step of the way, was highly responsive, and knew what a hard decision this was to finally divest of my beloved place at the lake. She held my hand through that part of it too.
