Buyer reviewWasyl has been available around the clock to answer my questions. As a pilot my schedule is erratic, but he always has time for a call or text. Makes me wonder sometime if Wasyl ever sleeps. His experience as a appraiser also is invaluable. He always knows the right questions to ask the sellers in addition to mine and is always part of my decision making process. I trust his input whole heartedly. Wasyl is also able to think outside the box and close tough deals. He has been in the industry for some time now and has developed a repertoire with much needed resources to close on some deals. As an investor new to the area, this is an invaluable asset. This has been my second purchase with Wasyl, and I consider him pretty much family. I enjoy his humor and his company. He has always taught me new things during every purchase. I hope to continue investing in the area and continuing the relationship I have formed with Wasyl. I can definitely recommend Wasyl to anyone looking to buy anywhere in the Pocono area. He will always go the extra mile, and he will always give you an honest opinion.

When there was something to sign as a change, he went out of his way to meet to get the signatures and keep the buying process on track.

I was tasked with settling my parent's estate and my attorney recommended Keim Century 21 for the House Appraisal. Wasyl was the professional they sent. When it was time to choose an Agent I went with Wasyl because of the rapport and my experience with him during the appraisal process. He listens, and answers all question. Wasyl made the sale of my parents house very easy and manageable during a difficult emotional time.Wasyl was supportive and available when needed.
