I personally selected Mr. Wasyl Onulack out of all the agents at Century 21 Keim Realtors because of his Polish background. I have worked with Polish people for over 20 years in the medical field, and I have always been amazed at their hard work ethic, perseverence, integrity, and honesty. Likewise, Mr. Onulack's character is sterling and without guile. Mr. Onulack was always available by phone, email, or text, and always responded within a few minutes of my queries. Mr. Onulack truly served as a buyer's agent on my behalf--I am convinced of that--and he worked very hard to get me the best deal for this house. I made 3 offers on the house, with each offer progressively higher, and yet, the 2nd/middle offer was accepted by the bank, much to my surprise. Mr. Onulack has been in the real estate business for more than 30 years, including his own work as a real estate appraiser in his own firm, Tri-County Appraisals, and hence, was able to provide me with an accurate assessment/evaluation of the house and its value/worth. In addition, I feel that Mr. Onulack bent over backwards, literally speaking, to ensure that the major appliances and lighting in our home-to-be, remained in situ, and were not removed by the foreclosing bank's cleaning service, both during initial inspections and subsequent walk-throughs of the property, not only with my parents, but with me as well. As a result, my family saved close to $30,000 if we had had to buy our own major appliances and lighting for our home-to-be! Mr. Onulack provided me with clear instructions on how to handle/submit the deposit money/escrow, and was extremely well-prepared in terms of exchanging the sales contract(s) through its various revisions/amendments, making the closing process very quick (e.g., ~5 minutes) and very pleasant (e.g., what better way to a house warming than 2 bottles of wine (one for me and my wife, and one for my parents) from Mr. Onulack's very own Tri-County Appraisals!). If there is one word to describe Mr. Wasyl Onulack's performance, and which encapsulates all of the characteristics above, the one word is "Dynamite!"
