Buyer reviewWe were not actively looking to buy a property and then happened upon the listing. My first call to Wasyl Onulack was responded to promptly. He explained there were offers, and the urgency to act quickly if we were interested. Within days we were given a walk thru of the property and had an offer accepted. We were very pleased with the support provided by Mr Onulack throughout the process. I will recommend Wasyl Onulack to others.

Buyer reviewA friend had recommended Wasyl Onulack to me through Facebook. Almost immediately messaged me, and the next day starting setting things up and getting an idea of what i wanted a month before i was even in state. My work schedule being in the kitchen industry is backwards from most everyone else and Wasyl helped work around it, even taking calls at night past 10pm. He truly was helping us in every way he could. He never once seemed pushed for a sale, and for some homes even recommended not getting due to our best interests. I have never met any salesman like Wasyl before who actually truly cared for their client. Overall I feel that Wasyl had our true intentions in mind the entire time. We put in offers on homes over asking price and was still shot down but Wasyl stayed persistent with us and continued to pursue other possibilities. Being very knowledgeable with FHA's standards and home appraising helped us a lot in finding the right home for me and my fiance. I would recommend Wasyl to anyone looking to be treated like a friend over being treated like another commission check. He was there for us whenever we needed him during the home buying process Wasyl truly felt like another member of the family, truly wanting to help us with all of his heart. Thank you

Buyer reviewWasyl was an amazing realtor. He showed me a lot of properties before we settled down on the final one. His patience and advice during the process was well valued. I confide all my trust in Wasyl for getting a good deal. Even during the contract process, we hit a few bumps and he sacrificed part of his commission to secure the deal. I consider him a good friend now after the deal is complete as he still answers questions I have after the purchase.
