He was quick with everything from showings to call backs. He does his job with a smile and always helpful with all of our needs and worries. He knows his stuff Wasyl was the best agent we could have asked for. He helped us through every process of our home purchase. He always responded to emails, text, and phone calls. So glad we had the pleasure of having him help us through the process.

He is excellent, easy going and was able to joke around with us but at the same time always knew every detail of every house even when we went to see 12 houses in 1 day. He was beyond outstanding with my wife and I he understood we were 23 and 24 buying our first home so he explained to us the full process in detail but never once took us not seriously due to our age, we saw well over 50 houses in the 6 months of searching and signed over 10 offers he was patient trough all of them and even stopped by my job for a few of them to assure the the sellers considered our offer before making a decision and so we didn't miss out on the houses. He walked us trough the whole process and told us where every single penny went and for what so we never felt like we were blindly giving our money. He is friendly and patient we couldn't had asked for a better realtor and we surely will refer him to any friends or family looking for a home.

I was impressed with Mr Onulack's work ethics ever since I met him 1 year and a half ago. He was very patient and reliable. He showed me every home I requested to see. He is very dedicated to his work and he gives good solid advise. We were very blessed to have him on our side during our journey. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family. My husband and I were very pleased with his advise and hard work. He made extra effort to meet us at our previous address after hours for us to sign documents on time. We felt so comfortable working with him, he is now consider our family friend. He was very reliable. whenever I called him, I would receive a respond immediately. Wasyl's work ethics has inspired me to consider a career in Real Estate. I will recommend him to anyone who needs an agent. Wasyl handle our sale as if he was serving a family member or friend. We didn't see a dollar sign in his performance.

Wasyl did a wonderful job finding a house that met all of my needs and requirements. His local knowledge was very helpful when looking to purchase my first home! Wasyl has a great eye for detail. Throughout multiple open houses and inspections Wasyl was easily able to recognize imperfections and/or key items that may have caused issues with potential properties down the road. I was very impressed at his ability to negotiate the price and terms of the purchase. If it were not for his attention to detail and his knowledge of negotiating price, I would have spent well over the budget I had originally planned. Wasyl made the exchange of contracts and closing process very simple. Wasyl even spent extra time with me to review real estate terms to ensure I understood each document I was signing. Wasyl easily scores an "excellent" in all of the above qualities. Throughout the entire home buying process, Wasyl was professional, polite, approachable, friendly, calm, trustworthy, helpful, respectful and above all, reassuring! Wasyl was very patient with my indecisive tendencies and always understood my concerns. Wasyl was very flexible as he made clear and timely communications around my very odd work hours. My overall sales experience was excellent. As a first time home buyer, I expected the process to be long and drawn out; however, it was exactly the opposite!
