Wasyl Thanks again for sticking by me during this long drawn out process. I am thankful for the final sale price. It was better than I had thought I could get for this property. The rental property/landlord experience I had with this house over the last 8 years was a serious financial set back for me. Between dead beat tenants and the City of Reading for thier difficult business practices, I never made any money. In fact, it cost me a lot of money and I felt like I was trapped with this property. My wife and I are thankful that this chapter in our lives can be put behind us and we can begin to recover from our loses. We are greatful that it is over. I had intended to convey this to you in person at the end of the closing but I missed my chance to talk to you on my way out of the office.
