Buyer reviewWe originally hoped to purchase another piece of property in the middle of the peak of the market. Quite simply, we fell in love with the unique qualities of the property. Every other broker told us it was a great deal - except Wendy. She advised us that the property was way overpriced - and we trusted her judgement. We did not buy the place, and she was right. It still has not sold, after multiple price drops. Instead, we purchased twice the land for over 100k less across the street! Wendy is priceless to our family for her integrity and incredible judgement in the ups and downs of this market!! We have referred several families to Wendy and they have shared our experience.
