Sinply put, Wendy knows the Austin area, has great resources available to her (and thereefore to her clients), and knows the business and the documentation really well. We recently bought a place up in Arlington and we consulted Wendy a few times during that process to make sure we were on the right track with our agent up there. In other words, Wendy is the standard by which we measure other agents outside the Austin area, nad we would never use anyone else in the Austin area.
