Seller reviewWendy came through with flying colors AGAIN!! My husband and I moved to Texas 21/2 years ago and found Wendy though our Century 21 agent in PA. She did such an amazing job of helping us find our dream home, that I didn't even hesitate to call upon her again when we needed to sell the home she helped us to find. If you are wondering why you should choose Wendy, let me answer some questions for you. 1. How long was your home on the market? Because of Wendy's excellent strategizing skills, she did an open house with our home 2 days before it went "live" on the market. A buyer came with their real estate agent and contract ready to sign. The offer was WAY over the asking price and we accepted per Wendy's suggestion. We never even put our home on the market! 2. Does Wendy go the extra mile? Oh yes she does! She came over to our home well in advance before our target date of sale and put together a "make ready" list. We did everything on the list so that when it came time for marketing our home it was really ready to sell. 3. Will Wendy get me the best possible price for my home? Oh yes she will! Wendy actually helped us to bring up the market value of our home and the homes in our neighborhood up by selling it for WELL OVER the appraised value. Wendy is an honest, caring, intuitive, supportive, and efficient real estate agent.
