Buyer reviewWendy made purchasing our house as stress free as possible. We'd been looking for a house for almost 6 months this time around. She had been working with us for so long and remained patient the entire time. I was very picky with what I wanted and getting discouraged when I didn't find the perfect one, but Wendy remained positive that we'd find it. We found the perfect house and she even negotiated it down to under budget for us. As long as she is in business she is the only realtor I will use and recommend.

She provided me a detailed list of what to do to prepare home for market and once those things were completed she listed the house and it sold immediately! She stayed current with the market so that it would be priced accurately when the listing was opened. Wendy is very easy to work with and provides clear feedback. She helped me find the perfect home for me in an area of town I love at a price I never thought possible. She will defend your best interests at every step of the home-buying process and save you as much money as she can. There were several instances when Wendy called me to tell me ways she managed to save me thousands of dollars that I would have missed out on with any other agent. She helped negotiate the closing costs down with my new house, and she even caught an error in the paperwork at closing that would have caused me to lose out on $750 of the negotiated deal. I was also a first-time home buyer, and she was great at teaching me the ins and outs of real estate. Wendy is not pushy in the slightest, and she will give you an honest opinion about any house she shows you. She steered me away from a few houses I initially liked due to reasons I wouldn't have realized of on my own like school districts, crime rates, heating/cooling/plumbing problems, etc. When it comes to home inspections/choosing a lender/home insurance, Wendy is knowledgeable about it all and will let you know if the prices and rates are reasonable or not. I am so thankful my friend recommended Wendy to me, and I can not put into words how strongly I recommend her to anyone interested in buying a house.
