Wendy has a great knowledge of the Saint Pete condo real estate market, especially the Five Towns Properties. She listens to her clients' needs (Sq. Footage, amenities...etc.) & budget, showing only properties that she knows will fulfill her clients' needs. Wendy is also lot of fun to do business with!
