She is up to date on communication with you and timely on her call backs. Most important, she is very informative, knows the market and handles everything you will need to make everyone feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and works incredible hard for you as if you were her only client. Overall I would rate her as Excellent and would use her for any future sales and without hesitation would recommend her to others as well.

Wendy Nash-Hickman has been handling our real estate matters for over 5 years, She knows what we want and gets the job done very quickly and efficiently. this purchase Wendy-Nash-Hickman went out of her way to find. it was a by owner and she saw owner putting sign in yard and asked to see it and let the seller know that she had a buyer. this was on a Monday and we closed on Wednesday. that to me is exceptional customer service. like I said we only deal with Wendy. She is just now closing on one of our other properties for us. We live in Tennessee and our properties are in Florida, we trust Wendy Nash-Hickman completely.
