Answering all of our weird and complicated questions. He also is very friendly and easy to conversate with. You can ask him anything and he would find the answer even if it means looking it up for you later. We are very happy with his work and can't wait to move into our home!

Brock was readily available anytime I wanted to view a house; that was extremely important considering the housing market at the time of searching. His knowledge of the area was unparallel. A previous homebuyer highly recommended him. Brock was there to answer my questions every step of the way. He responded promptly to questions I had throughout the day and night. Brock gave professional advice and opinions on whether I should ask for money off the house or escrow certain appliances into the contract. He made sure to refer multiple contacts for each inspection that was necessary for each service. He made the home buying experience easy and enjoyable. His help didn't stop at the end sale of the home and is still answering my questions along the way. I would highly recommend using Brock for your realtor needs.
