"Xiuzhen" sounds like Suzanne, but you can call me Lu if you want. I'm married, have 3 beautiful children, and I currently reside in Evans, GA. I have 11 years of experience as a realtor, and I enjoy working in both residential and commercial real estate. My work style is extremely client-focused. I understand that my clients have busy lives, jobs, and families to take care of, so I am happy to answer calls at any time, day or night. I'm available 24/7 because I love helping people find the home of their dreams. In the past, I've had the honor of earning the Century 21 CENTURION Award, the most prestigious award given to recognize effort and quality of the highest degree. I have also regularly received the Masters Diamond, Emerald, and Ruby awards during my time here with Century 21. Some hobbies I have other than real estate include: interior design and staging, gardening (ask about my succulent collection!), discovering antiques, and art. My kids are all grown up and moved out, so I do really enjoy being able to spend time with them too. For my future, I plan to always have a spacious home with lots of fully decorated rooms, ready for my kids and grandkids to visit. Buyer reviewAmazing agent. We are planning to relocate from CA to GA, but have never been to the state ourselves (our son has lived there since 2012). This resulted in a complicated home buying process where our son, who was already in the area, had to act like an intermediary. Xiuzhen Lu understood our needs, treated us - and our son - like family, and was very generous with her time. She went to great lengths to present us with options and learn from our reactions until she was able to discover the right house for us, and she helped us find and deal with the other contacts we needed to successfully purchase the house. She is attentive, perceptive and patient. She understands that the home-buying process can take time, and she is willing to take the time needed to find the house that's perfect for you, while also making suggestions that you may not have considered at first.
