"Xiuzhen" sounds like Suzanne, but you can call me Lu if you want. I am married with three children and I currently reside in Aiken, SC. Before I came to the real estate profession, I worked in the medical field for years as a Registered Nurse in China and as a Phlebotomist at MCG. My family has lived in North America for 16 years. In 2004, we bought our first home in the CSRA. Since then, exploring the housing market has become part of my daily routine. I came to enjoy spending time driving around neighborhoods to look at houses. After years of looking at houses as a hobby, I decided to buy an investment property that manifested my dreams. My family and I worked on every aspect of that house one step at a time to make it fabulous. Some hobbies I have other than real estate include discovering antiques, art, decoration, spending time with my kids and encouraging them to be the best they can be. When the kids go to college, I want to live on a large area of land with a pond. There will be horses, goats and gardens on the property. This is my next dream.
