She thoroughly answered all of our questions right away and even sent us an itinerary of important dates and deadlines as well as utility companies to contact prior to closing. She was awesome and made the entire process stress free. Yana was extremely professional and always patient and helpful during the whole search process. She always arrived early and had prepared answers to our anticipated questions in advance. She never pressured us to make a decision on any property and always helped us to see the pluses of each property and community. She always said that customer service is her primary objective and she wanted to help us find just the right house and she did! We had worked with 2 agents before her and we felt that only Yana actually had our best interest in mind. We have already referred her to everyone we speak to who is looking for a home in the Myrtle Beach area.
