Buyer reviewYana Smith went above and beyond from what we expected from a realtor. She kept us in the loop and was our eyes and ears in regards to the entire purchase process. From finding us the place (e.g. going into the unit in between renters and taking pictures and videos), until the closing and after the closing as well. I would definitely use Yana Smith again and recommend her to anyone looking for a place in Myrtle Beach.

Buyer reviewi met yana smith when staying at the seawatch resort. my husband and i came south for the winters and was doing monthly rentall at seawatch at first we were interested in purchasing at seawatch but yana took the time to show us other projects to help us decide on what we wanted. she was very patient and vbery knowledgable of the area. i definitly would recommend yana to others she gave us outstanding service. she was wonderful on helping us find our dream beach home. thank you very much only comment is that yana is wonderful and very knowledgable of the area and is very good with the numbers. she was always there when i had a question.
