Buyer reviewAfter talking to Yana at the Seawatch/Wyndham lobby location, she seemed very knowledgeable about the local market. She showed us some units at Seawatch, but also seemed ready and willing to work with us to find us what WE wanted. Yana was great. She actually worked for the money that she was paid. She did research, was accessible, communicated professionally, shared proper information, and gave the kind of service that you would want from any agent. This purchase turned out to be an ordeal to get the seller to cooperate, but Yana stayed on top of things and seemed to go above and beyond the normal efforts of a real estate agent. She was VERY helpful to get things done and to keep us informed on the progress. If I could give Yana higher marks, then I would, but 100% is the highest possible. We had SO much trouble dealing with the selling agent and Yana just seemed to really relay to us that she was trying to get responses and keeping us informed. This was a group purchase for us, involving three buyers, so her patience and timely communications were very much appreciated. She was VERY accessible and gave us the information that we wanted and needed at the proper times. I would highly recommend Yana Smith for your next real estate transaction.
