Seller reviewYana Smith was very helpful and trustworthy. She did the little things, such as lowering the thermostat, scheduling and providing entry into my unit for repairs, especially after the buyer requested inspection. She would always report back to me when the repairs were completed. When you are 500 miles away, those things are important, as she provided worry free service. Everything from the listing to the closing went very smoothly. She immediately returned all calls and emails. I was completely satisfied with Yana and will use her services in the future.

Buyer reviewI had told Yana that I was interested in a one bedroom deluxe and if there were one to come open to contact me. June 9 Yana called me and said that a one bedroom deluxe Seawatch I come on the market and we need to act quickly . I did ,she did ,and the deal was struck. Yanna kept me informed throughout the whole process taking my calls, giving me a video tour because ,sending me pictures setting up a walk-through with us and doing all the work necessary to close the deal. By June 20 the deal iwas finalized and by June 21 we were enjoying our new condo. Yana did a fabulous job I can't say enough good things about the whole process I never had any questions about the process of buying the condo Yana kept me informed. I felt like that I could call her anytime and usually I got a hold of her and when I left a message she called right back. Her wonderful personality makes her easy to deal with. Everything mentioned above Was handled by Yanna perfectly. All thoughts connected lawyers, banks etc were terrific.

One of the best things is she is very dependable, always called back anytime. I wouldn't buy a place in Myrtle Beach without her.
