Originally from the northeast, my husband and I moved to Arizona in 2003. We spent the first year exploring the valley looking for the right neighborhood and home build our future. Adapting to the southwest lifestyle it brought me to the hospitality industry where I have worked for several years focusing on sales and marketing while creating new relationships. My passion for ensuring customer satisfaction gave me the opportunity to meet numerous people along the way which allowed me to be involved in many community activities from volunteering at Saint Mary's Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity to be an Honorary Commander at Luke Air Force Base.
Enjoying my time in the business world and community; I decided to enter the real estate industry to combine my sales and negotiation experience along with my passion for helping others.

I was unhappy with the broker helping me so I called her to learn more about her experience and get her thoughts; she won me over with her knowledge and experience and I fired my other broker the next day. Yvonne listens, really listens and observes cues, and the way things are phrased or said. She finds the opportunities to introduce new ideas. She was willing to try anything I requested. For example, the seller of the property I purchased wanted final and best offers only, but Yvonne heard the queues offered by their broker and we offered a reasonable price with an escalation clause instead. She recommended we write a letter to the seller, again, based on the clues she observed. Bottom line, our offer was the accepted offer and we purchased the house. My prior broker would not have done any of these things. When it came time to close, perform inspections, walk-throughs, Yvonne was right there, going above and beyond to keep me informed and on the right path. I would recommend Yvonne Pasco to anyone looking for a real estate professional.
