Zach had been looking for houses in San Marcos area and kept my needs in mind at all times. Then a friend told me about a house in Wimberley and I asked Zach to be my agent in the pursuit of this house. He has gone above and beyond expectations of being a helpful agent!

I had previously dealt with Zach on a land deal, however he was representing the other party. I was impressed by his professionalism and the high level in which he represented his client. I am in the business, but on the commercial side, and I run into unprofessional agents all the time. It's refreshing to meet one that does a great job. So I knew if I selected Zach that he would do a great job for my sister and I in the sale of my dad's house. The only open item was his evaluation of the house and his estimate of sales price. I have sold 3 houses and this is the first time an agent was on the same page as me. I tend to be more aggressive up front and Zach was right there with me. In the past I have had to argue my point with agents and insist they list it higher....not with Zach. He was confident, had the supporting data, and made me feel comfortable with the more aggressive listing price...unlike previous agents. He was involved in every aspect, gave great advise, professional, made the process easy and relaxing, and even called me to discuss an offer when he was on vacation with his family.
