This is our sixth transaction with Zach. He has helped us in buying and selling a house, renting a house, buying land and now buying and selling another piece of land. There was no doubt that we were going to use him as our realtor. He is knowledgeable of the market and gives great advice on comparables to make sure the listing is at the best price.
