I called her because I recognized her name, largely from a flyer I had received, but also I remembered her name from seeing it on local signs or advertising. And I was familiar with Judge Fite Century 21. Ann kept me informed at every step which was important to me. She also made suggestions which aided in the quick sale of our property.
