Ann Weaver's understanding of my specific needs and situations has always been important to me. She never hesitates to meet any need I may have and has answers to my questions sometimes even before I think of the question to ask. I certainly appreciate her real estate knowledge. The staff that works with her is helpful and kind as well. Ms Weaver and the C-21 staff were very prompt to relate needed information to me so that I would not delay or confuse details. When I would have a question as to any changes I might need to make, she would explain advantages/disadvantages well enough for me to consider her opinions. Whenever I would contact Ms Weaver, her mannerisms were always friendly and kind. It seemed that I never was a problem to deal with nor that I might have too many questions in mind or that my weak communication skills would be to her advantage. Her thoughtfulness was never prompted. She was qenuine and honest with me. My closings have always been smooth and prompt. I was treated professionally. Ann Weaver is dependable, knowledgeable of the real estate market and efficient in her use of time as well as my time. I appreciate the fact that I do not seem like a nuisance with my questions or needs. When considering a selection of realtors, I constantly suggest Ann Weaver to my family and friends because of her professional approach and gracious attitude. It has been a personal blessing to have meet such a person in a confusing market.

This was our first sale of a property so it was different being on this side. I wouldn't have chosen to work with anyone else, especially since LeAnne helped us through the purchase and build of this home. I knew it was in good hands for selling. We had a couple contracts fall through, but we were always quickly back under contract and the communication from both LeAnne and Ann was great through it all. LeAnne was always great about providing all the information we needed to review and decide on what offer(s) to accept and what was a benefit to us as sellers within the contracts. With buying we always knew our contract was going to be well written and going to move us to the top with potential sellers, but being on the seller side, we were seeing all different kinds of contracts sent to us and it was helpful to have LeAnne's expertise when reviewing the options. It is so wonderful to work with LeAnne, she was there to assure us everything was going fine during the quiet time, post inspection prior to closing. I appreciated her responsiveness and comfort when the worry set in and when we were on the clock to move out post closing, she was helpful in getting us more time.
