Seller reviewCristina is the most Amazing agent we have dealt with. She is upfront, honest and real. Which takes the scary out of buying and selling. Walks you thru if you need that. Answers every question some that she shouldn't have had to. All with the patience of a teacher! Like I said we won't use another agent and recommend her every chance we get.

I would highly recommend Art as the Buying and Selling Real Estate Agent to anyone looking to have excellent customer service and excellent real estate knowledge. We needed to sell our home quickly and within 2 weeks of our house being for sale, it was under contract. Wow! It was priced right which made it sell quickly. We took Art's recommendations on the pricing and we are so thankful that we did so. The Champion staff was courteous and helpful. Also, Art recommended using Jennifer Furtney Dorn as our Lender with Carolina Family Mortgage while purchasing our new home out of the area. Jennifer was extremely helpful and provided excellency guidance during our loan process. Anytime it would become stressful, Jennifer would reassure us that we will be fine.
