I had rented out my property through Champion Century 21 Real Estate for the last 10 years plus. The main associate I had dealt with was Dee Reitz in property management. She has always been extremely perceptive to what we need to do and get done as I like timelines and deadlines. I had thought maybe I would go with another agency until I spoke to Dee about April Landin. They are very good friends and Dee knew that I wanted someone that would always be honest and to the point as well as work hard for the sale of the property. And what I got? Blessed to have followed Dee guidance, she had never steered me wrong, and received an outstanding communicator with a game plan in had and always keeping me apprised of the small bumps in the road we occurred as any sale of a house would have. April to initiative with the few contractors we were working with to resolve problem instead of me intervening and having to speak with them. April's great knowledge of the community, attention to detail and steadfast honesty made this sale seamless. I would recommend either of them in their respectful departments for accolades and recognition. My initial understanding because of the market in that location was it may sit and take a few months before a bid to come along. April immediately advertised online with websites to show the house and it gave me comfort the right person was on the job as we were getting lots of attention. Champion Century 21 Real Estate couldn't have a better tandem working for them. Hopefully there merits are recognized. April did it all!!!!! You should ask her the full game plan but she did not waste anytime. She would contact me continuously to let me know each step was being taken. When the inspection was complete she had already had a contractor bid the small things to be fixed and worked with him to expedite their completion. I was literally hands off working with a professional in her trade, this relieved great amounts of stress from me. Often she would take personal time later in the evening to call and catch me up to speed which once again gave me the assurance I was working with the right person. I would recommend her to anyone I know or don't know and to take more a leadership role with younger agents to learn all the ins and outs she knows. Sorry I could go on and on. She not only has great potential but has used it to the fullest. I am the "grumpy property owner" quite often but with April's follow through on all of the following traits you listed we had a great working relationship. When she would can and say we need to do this or that, I didn't balk or question it for a second because not only telling me she explained and given me details with pictures or just her knowledge so I could wrap my head around it. One thing in life I know from my 20 years in the military is when a professional is on top of their game and asks for something they know what they are talking about, and that I should be appreciative and stay in my lane and just assist the professional or subject matter expert. In this case - April Landin !!! I did not work for anyone else on the sale. I was recommended by her from a Property Management Associate - Dee Reitz. Up until I decided to sell the property she worked extremely hard and understood my goals and how to present everything to me. She should receive a lot of praise for knowing just the right Sale Agent to direct me to when she did. The only two thing I would make a recommendation to Champion Century 21 would be the following: First keep those wonderful employees happy. Second at the beginning of the process I needed to get some work done on the house and Dee attempted to talk to the accountant to see if there was a way I could still maintain her service and contacts to follow up and get repairs done.
