Seller reviewWanted a well established, reputable broker, with a good track record for sales. He knows his business and the market area. I owed too much on the house. I bought before the housing "crash". Once the price came in line with the market the house sold. Art continually told me I was priced a little high. Once I listened, the house sold. Could not be happier with the organization.
