Buyer reviewMr. Art took what vague ideas we had of what we were looking for and turned them into reality. He was always honest with us, even when we thought we knew what we wanted. We had asked to see a house and he told us it was significantly smaller than the one he had picked out to show us, however he still took the time to take us out there and talk about the good aspects of the house. Another testiment of his honesty is how he showed us the good and bad of every house, even houses he was selling. He gave us honest opinions and always had our best interests. He was always understanding of our schedules due to work and was easy to talk to given his character and background in the Marine Corps. He is a genuinely great man and I am kind of sad that our time working together is over! I'd reccomend Mr. Art to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home and wants a broker who genuinely cares. Seller reviewArt Furtney sold my step-dad's house, which was the primary reason that I contracted with him to sell my my mom's house. It took a while to sell my mom's house, but that was because it was in area that was not a seller's market. However, during the process Art stuck with us, provided useful advice, located repair people to get the house spiffed up, and we eventually got that sale that we were waiting for. So, I'd recommend Art because he knows his local area very well, is committed to his customers and gets results. Thanks, Art.
