Art Furtney replied to any emails/phone calls within a hour or two even on the weekends. Even though I wasn't expecting a reply so quickly, it was very nice to have one. It was a sign that he was always available. When selling a house, it's a very good feeling to know that the sell is in someone's hands that is not only very capable, but also made sure all went well.
