I met Art 6 years ago when I moved to the area. I was pretty specific on my wants and needs and Art made it happen. It was my first home and that can be a scary expierence. Art wasn't a salesmen, he was a friend and guide through the whole process. In most cases after closing that would be the end and a realtor would move on to the next client. Not Art, he kept in touch with me through the years. I recommended several friends to him and they too were more than happy with his service. When I decided to sell recently I never considered using anyone but Art. I called and he was right there. Art made selling so easy. He perfectly priced the house and quickly had it on the Market. Cristina Jurado is amazing. She has helped us buy 2 different houses now and sell one of them. She always throughly explains the process and walks you through it step by step.
