He is also approchable and very quick to respond to texts or calls, which I think is very important. He always had a positive attitude and is there to welcome you with a warm smile. He has good local connections and introduced us with contractors for all the work that was needed to be done in the house. Being a first time home buyer, he was patient with us in answering all our questions to alleviate our anxiety, making our home buying experience great! Willing to help out and offered assistance and recommendations on getting the house ready, such as Painter for some touch ups to the trim.
