She and her team, Rinne Becker, and Corliss Martin, were professionals who knew how to walk me through the selling process. They had resources for everything we needed to get the house ready to put on the market. They quickly arranged for a termite company to inspect the property and offer an estimate to make the repairs. They also set up maid service to clean the house thoroughly, including the windows. After that they staged the house beautifully so that it looked more appealing for potential buyers than would an empty house. With them arranging all of these services it lightened my load tremendously. As potential buyers visited the home and made offers, Babette and her team kept me updated. They explained everything so that I could understand what to expect. When they made suggestions, they gave reasons for their advice, which helped tremendously with my decision-making. We met them when they were showing a house. Babette, Corliss and Rinne were there. One of them was working on contracts, the other was doing research on comps, and the other was showing us the house. It was clear they were knowledgeable about the area but the most impressive thing was how professional they were. In this hot market we had seen seller's agents that were not working very hard and these ladies were the complete opposite. They looked like they meant BUSINESS.
