I was working on behalf of my elderly father to sell an out of state rental property. Babette Carlson, Corliss Martin & Rinne Becker were recommended by a trusted friend and I am thrilled with their customer service and outcome of our sale. This team took care of every aspect and minute detail. There was no need for me to hover over the process or worry. The communication was always timely and super professional. They were alway kind and cordial and patient with my dad who can sometimes be tech challenged. They got the property sold fast and higher than the listed price. My 92 yr old father had finally decided it was time to sell our family home after 52 years. He had so much stuff we didn't know where to start. Corliss and her team came in and handled everything for us. From organizing an estate sale to making sure the property was cleaned and listed for sale.
