Although we have a number of other realtors that we could have used we chose them for their honesty and transparency. The first thing I would say about these two, is that they move very fast. If it's your first time purchasing a home, be prepared to have your days filled full of viewings. They honed in on our requirements rather quickly and were able to identify a sound purchase for us. At the end of the day, I don't think it would have been possible to make this first home purchase on the house we actually want! without their help.
