Babette went above and beyond to sell my condo. I was in a tricky situation, having a tenant in place with a lease. She worked with the tenant and with the property manager, and went through several hoops to get it sold. My condo was on the very low end of what she usually sells (with the proportionally small commission for her) but she treated me and my property as if we were a million bucks. I cannot say too much about how pleased I am with her, and am already recommending her to friends and family. I didn't work as much with Corliss, but she was courteous and professional and she was clearly working hard behind the scenes as well.

We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our real estate transaction with Century 21 Discovery. Babette Carlson was very professional, extremely helpful, and took excellent care of our unique needs. This sale was a complicated Trust transaction. We were out of the area and the house needed major TLC before even being listing. Babette Carlson coordinated all the inspections and required repairs. She worked with us on a listing price, and once the house was in the escrow, the sale went smoothly even with the complexity of the Trust. I would definitely put Babette Carlson and Corliss Martin of Century 21 Discovery on my speed dial for all my real estate needs. They took care of all the details. It made the selling process effortless. Babette met with us in our home and went out of the way to adjust to our schedule, which was critical since we had a new born baby. We started with Valentina Sharp but was handed off to Babette when Valentina had a family emergency that took her out of the country. Our dealings with Valentina were very positive, but Babette really did the heavy lifting for us. I had initially thought they had misjudged our break-even point, but later discovered that I had incorrectly remembered our initial listing at $5k more. That is why I am filling out another survey. I was unfairly critical of this fact in my first survey. The initial quote ($285k) was exactly $5k more than our break-even of $280k. We settled for $270k, which had us owing $10k. To us, selling, even at a loss, was critical for our family so that we could move forward with life.
