Seller reviewWe met with Bob Kroll for the sale of our lot. He gave us what he felt would be a 'fair and realistic' price for the lot in the current economic climate. He discussed all the approximate costs, gave us some background on his track record, as well as answered any questions we had. When we had questions during the process, he was very prompt in responding back and keeping us in the loop. There is one thing that really stands out in our minds with Bob and that is the communication factor. He rates high on that scale.
