Great communication, very trustworthy, patient, etc. Gayle has lived in Brookings a long time, and she uses her experience with the Brookings area to help buy and sell houses. She knows the area market very, very well. She priced our house well, suggested some improvements prior to listing to help the house show well, and overall did a phenomenal job.
