Buyer reviewWe've bought and sold many houses over the years, and I can say Janean was one of the best agents we've worked with. She helped us find the perfect little starter home for our son and daughter-in-law. She was always available by phone or text, day or night. And she really went above and beyond when it came to ensuring we had all of our I's dotted and T's crossed, when we had multiple loan officer switched in mid-process. We flew into SD specifically for the house closing and only had a few days we would be in town. When our mortgage company dropped the ball on scheduling the closing, Janean worked her magic and got us a spot, despite the title company already having a full schedule for the day. We will definitely be using Janean in the future!
