Buyer reviewGayle was awesome to work with. We moved from out of state, and only had certain weekends to come up to find a home. She had all appointments set. When we were back at are home location, we had addition questions, that Gayle addressed promptly. I would recommend Gayle for your home buying experience. She is knowledge of the homes for sale and the area. Thanks Gayle for all your help!

Seller reviewShe came highly recommended. Gayle had several offers for us to consider in a short time period. We were out of the country so the sale took a while to close. I don't recall all of the ways Gayle promoted the house, but she quickly had many showings and therefore several bonifide offers. Gayle has to deal with us being two time zones away, selling a rental property managed by a third party. We'd never sold a house before with a realtor so it was an entirely educational and painless process. When we met Gayle, we had high expectations and she never, ever disappointed us. Gayle was a problem solver as we met obstacles to the sale. She educated us on the process. She walked us through issues as the arised. She was understanding of our situation, out of town landlords of an empty house. She was proficient. We look forward to meeting her in person when we get to SD this summer, depending on Covid-19. Gayle is highly professional and honest, two traits that cannot be taught. We would be very happy to have her sell a home for us again.

She knows the market, she takes the time to understand the needs of her client and offers enough information for the client to make an informed decision without influencing the outcome. She is a knowledgeable, hard working, dependable professional and an asset to the Century 21 team!! It is very difficult to find an agent that makes me want to select "Excellent " in every category, however Janean deserves better then Excellent. She is a true professional and we consider it our pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with her!
