If I could rate Patience higher than Excellent I would. We actually spoke with Shane a couple of years before we put our home on the market. He was very patient and courtesy of our timeline as we searched for a new property in another state. After we decided to put the home on the market, we threw him a twist of moving with a relocation company, and he remained professional and patient as we worked through the obstacles associated with that process. We are extremely grateful to Shane for his sticktoitiveness and patience throughout our whole process.
