Seller reviewI went to Shane Andersen during the Christmas holiday with an urgent option to sell my home. I wasn't expecting to be able to accomplish anything until after the new year. Boy, was I wrong! Shane Anderson was on top of it from the very start. Through the Christmas holiday, through the New Year holiday, on the weekend, and even when he was out of town. I was never alone or nervous during the process. Even when we thought we ran into a situation that could not have been remedied we were able to have it remedied quickly. The communication lines between Shane and the title company were always open and he was there for every step. I definitely could not ask for a better person to work with during the sale of my home. When I decide to purchase another home, Shane will be my number one.

Seller reviewWe know Shane personally and based on his character, we knew we wanted to work with him when we first considered putting our home on the market. If I could rate Patience higher than Excellent I would. We actually spoke with Shane a couple of years before we put our home on the market. He was very patient and courtesy of our timeline as we searched for a new property in another state. After we decided to put the home on the market, we threw him a twist of moving with a relocation company, and he remained professional and patient as we worked through the obstacles associated with that process. We are extremely grateful to Shane for his sticktoitiveness and patience throughout our whole process.
