She offers informed, reasoned counsel in the process and presents options, where applicable. She then leaves the decisions to the client. We appreciate that style. We reached an agreement with the buyers on price within two weeks, and Gayle worked very effectively with the buyers' agent on our behalf. We have mentioned several times how well she guided us through the process and helped us achieve our goals, as sellers, on price and timing. Bottom line ...
